However, still the writer of this paper believe that the number of group members are little more that is essentially resulting in some mess. The writer of this paper believe that instead of forming just two groups if the supervisor of the course had form four groups each consisting of five members, better results could have been accomplished instead of current. This is because almost all the team members belong to different culture and it becomes increasingly difficult for any person to understand nine different cultures. However, if there are four groups consisting of five members then it could have been quite convenient to understand the target cultures (Adler, 2002).
