However, the fact is that in the globalized world, rather behaving on the theoretical construction individuals has different choices and essentially one individual is different from other having due to different personality and preferences. In addition, every organization has distinct organization's culture that dictate the doe's and don’ts within the organization. Moreover, with the passage of time, as the globalization is continue to shape the management approach in different parts of the world a somewhat global culture is evolving on the global map where much more commonality exist in organization operating in different parts of the world and rather than following the national culture, such organization usually invest heavily in its own culture and people working in such organizations reflect the values of the organization rather than their national culture values.
